Sales Assistant

  • Oak Cliff Brewing Co. is looking for a Sales Assistant to help support our growing sales and distribution work. This role focuses on assisting with account support, deliveries, sample drop-offs, and coordinating execution with our distributor partners. Part-time or full-time depending on availability. Reports to the Sales & Marketing Lead.

  • Here are the Key Responsibilities for this role:

    • Support the sales team with day-to-day account outreach and follow-up

    • Assist with deliveries, keg drops, and product restocking at key accounts

    • Coordinate tastings, sample drop-offs, and pint night activations

    • Help maintain accurate account notes and activity tracking in our CRM

    • Communicate regularly with distributor reps to support execution in the market

    • Monitor inventory needs for sales, events, and account support

    • Represent Oak Cliff Brewing professionally in the field and in the taproom

    • Maintain an organized, dependable schedule for weekly sales support tasks

  • Here are the key things we’re looking for:

    • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with bars, restaurants, and retailers

    • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally across Dallas accounts

    • Ability to lift and move kegs or cases (up to 50 lbs) as needed

    • Organized, self-motivated, and able to follow through consistently

    • Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and willingness to learn

    • Prior experience in beer, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not requiredItem description

Beertender

  • Oak Cliff Brewing Co. is seeking a friendly, dependable Beertender to join our taproom team. Beertenders are responsible for delivering excellent hospitality, serving beer with care and knowledge, and helping create a welcoming experience for every guest. This position is part-time, with opportunities for growth. Reports to the Taproom Lead.

    • Provide warm, attentive service to all guests

    • Pour and serve beer accurately and responsibly

    • Educate guests on our beer styles, releases, and brewery story

    • Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and throughout the taproom

    • Operate POS systems, handle payments, and manage tabs

    • Support events, private bookings, and busy weekend service

    • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth taproom operations

  • Here are the key things we’re looking for:

    • Strong hospitality mindset and positive attitude

    • Ability to work nights, weekends, and high-volume shifts

    • Team player who communicates clearly and follows through

    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

    • Prior bartending or service experience preferred (but not required)

    • Interest in craft beer and willingness to learn
