The story

Tart, bright,
Texas grapefruit.

Grapefruit gets the last word.

Pilsner and wheat malts form the base. We sour the beer in the kettle with lactobacillus, then ferment it on Texas Ruby Red grapefruit. Late additions of West Coast hops and dry hopping lift the fruit’s flavor and aroma.
